You can schedule events in the Microsoft Entourage Calendar just as you would with a wall calendar. When you enroll in a class or other regularly recurring event, it will appear on your calendar at intervals you specified.
The Address Book is a great place to store all kinds of information in Microsoft Entourage  names, phone numbers, addresses, even pictures. And the Address Book is also available in Microsoft Word, so, once you`ve stocked it with information about the people in your life, you can use that information to print an envelope or mailing labels.
